How do I create an account?
Click on the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner, then select 'Join Us' to create a new account. Fill in your email, password, and personal details to complete registration.
Can I change my account details?
Yes, sign in to your account and go to 'Account Settings' where you can update your name, email, password, and other personal information.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How can I deactivate my account?
You can temporarily deactivate your account from Account Settings > Privacy > Deactivate Account. You can reactivate it anytime by signing in again.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click 'Sign In' and then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
